Terms and conditions

Postable Papergoods BV – Creative Lab Amsterdam

These are our terms and conditions. These are, along with the references that they

apply to any agreement that we conclude with you.

We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that always the latest version of these terms and conditions on our agreement will apply.


Article 1 - Products

We sell greeting cards, notebooks, wallpaper and planners.


Article 2 - Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You can pay in our webshop with Ideal and / or credit card. The shipping costs are calculated for orders up to € 50; orders above are free.


Article 3 - Delivery

We deliver your product to the address you specified when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent the package. Post NL, DHL, UPS, DPD takes care of the distribution. When the package is sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us, with which you can track the order. We do our best to deliver orders for greeting cards & notebooks within 3 working days. Wallpaper products are produced on-demand, so that takes between 5-7 working days to deliver. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after the confirmation of the order is received. If this is unsuccessful, you can request (a) a re-imbursement of the amount you have paid for the product immediately, or (b) to send a replacement product (of equal value).


Article 4 - Returns

You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it, with exception of customized wallpaper. You can do this with the return form (appendix 1) or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. When we have received the product and the product is in original condition and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price within 5 working days. The shipping costs for the returns are for your account. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent that is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a store. Wallpaper products cannot be returned.


Cancellations: Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once payment is received. 


Article 5 – Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if that damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or conscious recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be the maximum amount of the ordered and paid product.


Article 6 - Privacy Policy

We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). You can consult our Privacy policy for more information.


Article 7 - Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we manage with the permission of the owner). Your use may not infringe this.


Article 8 - Complaints

If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, please let us know. Send your complaint as quickly as possible (and as fully described as possible) to [email protected]. You will receive confirmation of your complaint within one day.  We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible and no later than three days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint we will let you know when you can expect a substantive answer. If we cannot resolve the complaint with each other, a dispute arises that falls under the dispute settlement.


Article 9 - Dispute settlement

  1. Dutch laws apply on these terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you.

In the event of a dispute, the judge is authorized to Amsterdam.
