We deliver your product to the address you specified when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent the package. Post NL, DHL, UPS, DPD takes care of the distribution. When the package is sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us, with which you can track the order.
Greeting cards, notebooks and planner
We do our best to deliver orders for greeting cards & notebooks within 3 working days.
Wallpaper products are produced on-demand, so that takes between 5-7 working days to deliver. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after the confirmation of the order is received. If this is unsuccessful, you can request (a) a re-imbursement of the amount you have paid for the product immediately, or (b) to send a replacement product (of equal value).

Returns: greeting cards, notebooks and planner
You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it.You can do this with the return form or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. When we have received the product and the product is in original condition and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price within 5 working days.
The shipping costs for the returns are for your account. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care.
He will only unpack or use the product to the extent that is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a store.
Customized wallpaper cannot be returned.
