Warranty

Creative Lab Amsterdam warrants its products to be free of defects. Workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. Creative Lab Amsterdam reserves the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Creative Lab Amsterdam, at its option, shall repair or replace the product covered by this warranty. Creative Lab Amsterdam is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation or maintenance. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.  

Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if that damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or conscious recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be the maximum amount of the ordered and paid product.
