Shipping
We deliver your product to the address you specified when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent the package. Post NL, DHL, UPS, DPD take care of the distribution. When the package is sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us, with which you can track the order.
Wallpaper, Paint & Fabric
Wallpaper products are produced on-demand, so that takes between 5-7 working days to deliver for murals, circles and repetitive wallpaper. The delivery time for customised wallpaper starts after the approval of the design preview and will take about 10 working days in total. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after the confirmation of the order is received. If this is unsuccessful, you can request (a) a re-imbursement of the amount you have paid for the product immediately, or (b) to send a replacement product (of equal value).

Mail box packages in NL €2,80 - €4,25 (depending on the weight)
Free delivery costs in The Netherlands & Belgium for orders above €50
Delivery costs within Europe starting from €11 (depending on country). The total shipping costs are calculated in the shopping basket during checkout.
Returns Wallpaper, Paint and Fabric
All our wallpaper, paint and fabric are custom made and therefore personalised and can't be returned. In case there's has been a printing error or damage due to transport, it's possible to return the wallpaper to:
