What payment options do we offer?

What is the delivery time of stationery products?

Maximum of 3 working days.


What is the delivery time of wallpaper *?

Netherlands: 7 working days

Europe: 10 working days

We deliver worldwide, the delivery time varies per destination. 

* For customised wallpaper, the delivery time starts after the approval on the design preview. The production time of wallpaper is more or less 5 working days. 



Can I pick up my ordered items?

No, you cannot pick up your ordered items. We will send the products to the given shipping address.


What are the delivery costs?

NL: mailbox packages <2kg - €3,75

NL: packages <20kg - €6,75


Other countries vary based on destination and weight of shipment.

Franco NL > € 50,-




Can I return my products?


Wallpaper & fabric:

Wallpaper cannot be returned unless there is manufacturing damage, a printing error or damage due to transport. Wallpaper is always produced on-demand. If you want to know how the colors look and/or what kind of material we use, you can order a sample via our website. Does the wallpaper have a printing error, please contact us via and don't forget to add photos, then we can investigate the problem. We always ask for photos in order to understand the problem properly. When you notice any transport damage; always take photos before opening the parcel, so we have evidence for our transport company. Without any photos we cannot take the complaint into consideration.  


In the event you've received a wrong color, you can return the can. Please reach out to customer service if this is the case. Did you receive a damaged & opened paint can, please reach out to the customer service. Take a picture of the damaged good and we'll solve the issue with you.

In other cases, the paint can't be returned.

Who will pay the delivery costs for a return shipping?

The shipping costs of a return will be paid by the customer, only in case of damaged products or a product with a printing error, Creative Lab Amsterdam will provide a return label.
